Ko wai Au?

Tennille Wharewaka

Waikato-Tainui Wāhine | Rongoā Māori Practitioner

Nō Waikato-Tainui ahau, with a passion for supporting others' wellbeing through traditional Māori healing practices and holistic bodywork.

My journey has been shaped by my whakapapa, life experiences, community connections, and a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves, their strengths, and their wellbeing.

Through both personal and professional experiences, I have come to understand the importance of caring for the whole person – recognising the interconnected wellbeing of tinana, hinengaro, wairua, and whānau.

Tōku Haerenga

For more than nine years, I have had the privilege to walk alongside individuals, whānau, and communities, supporting people through healing, recovery, personal growth, and wellbeing.

Throughout this journey, I have witnessed the power of connection, kōrero, touch, and traditional Māori healing practices to support positive change.

My mahi has allowed me to walk alongside people from all walks of life, helping them navigate physical discomfort, emotional challenges, stress, grief, injury recovery and the lifelong journey of hauora.

Every person brings their own experiences and story, and I consider it a privilege to be trusted to support that journey.
